The UNiSEC story started with one solitary security guard in the year 2010. Within a decade, it has grown by leaps and bounds and today has close to 2000 trained security guards on its exclusive payroll that are deployed to secure the interests of some of Pune’s top corporate bodies and enterprises. We have aligned ourselves to contributing towards growing India and its need to skill and employ people gainfully.#

Director
The Founder-Director of UNiSEC is a dynamic visionary with sharp business acumen and classic leadership skills. With his philosophy of keeping clients happy at all times, he has successfully piloted
UNiSEC onto the path of growth and success while setting healthy business practices at all levels across the organization.
To him, the enterprise is beyond a business and is there to provide employment to the largest number of those who want to work, have the right credentials, and most of all have a burning desire to bring change into whatever they do. He is clear and ambitious not just for himself but for the company and has a target of providing gainful employment to over one lac needy individuals.
Mrs. Manisha Patil
Director
Mrs. Manisha holds a B Sc degree and monitors important operations in the company. Her focus remains on implementing the best procedures in every significant activity of the organization.
She is also responsible for controlling backend, legal and operations.
Mr. Sitaram Maruti More
Adviser
An adviser of repute with UNiSEC, Mr. Sitaram More has spent close to three decades in the service of India’s ace Maharashtra Police Department where he was instrumental in solving cases
related to property, dacoit & extortion. His wide-ranging tenure that has seen him serve in Pune, Mumbai and Satara makes him an ace at risk analysis and security survey reporting. Having retired as a Senior Police Inspector in the Crime Branch, his immense experience helps in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of all the services of the company.
CA Mr. Naveen Pardeshi
Financial Adviser
A financial adviser who is a fellow member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountant of India, he has extensive exposure to Indian Direct and Indirect Tax Laws.
Adv. Taherkhan Pathan
Legal Adviser
The company’s Legal adviser, Adv Pathan has in the past served with India’s Premier Para-Military force, the BSF for 15 years before retiring as a Captain. In his present capacity,
he is tasked with overseeing legal issues and compliances relating labour and corporate laws. He holds a Master’s Degree in law besides a Diploma in labour law and labour welfare.

Having spent over three decades in active service with one of the world’s premier air-forces, the Indian Air Force, Mr. Iqbal Mulla is also one of the founding members of UNiSEC
who is responsible for Business Development besides suggesting ways to improve customer satisfaction. A committed, dedicated, self-motivated person, his knowledge & expertise adds greatly to the organization’s growth and development.
